We are an additive-free Niboshi Ramen restaurant in Aomori, Japan.
We serve a tasty, healthy, and safe Niboshi-ramen that even children can eat without worrying about the danger to their body.
We carefully select all additive-free ingredients and seasonings such as soy sauce, noodles, and menma (Lacto-fermented bamboo shoots, traditionally served with ramen).
Niboshi Ramen is a niboshi (small dried fish) broth-based ramen. This ramen is very popular for a long time in Aomori. Otherwise, people in other areas of Japan eat rarely niboshi ramen.

I stopped smoking and drinking beer, and I have been working out every morning and evening since then. And I discovered again how vital food and health are and also how hard to keep both.
I love to eat out with my family, and I searched around some restaurants where I could feed my children with no worry. But there were no restaurants enough to make me satisfied. That’s why I started this additive-free Niboshi Ramen restaurant.
I got tears when my son first said, “I want to eat daddy’s noodles.”
